Please do not upload any poster file until we ask you for it!
It works exactly the same as the abstract and reference uploads, but poster files are likely to be much bigger. Like the abstract and reference, they should be in PDF format; the uploaded electronic versions must be no larger than 10 megabytes. There isn't a progress monitor on the upload page, so presenters will have to be patient. In particular, you will need to click on the "Upload" button just once, and then wait for the "Success" page to appear. If you see this page your poster will have uploaded correctly. You will not receive any acknowlegment email.
If nothing has happened within ten minutes, or if you get an error message, or if you have any problems or concerns with the upload, you can alternatively send it, quoting your name and application number, to the SfB webmaster who will load it for you (the Email address for him is email@example.com) with information about any error message that you might have received.
If you wish, you may send VERY large files using 'Yousendit' (now re-branded as Hightail - https://www.hightail.com/), Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/) or similar services. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee to be able to upload any files larger than 10 megabytes.
